  • Guide you through the process of decluttering, depersonalizing, and staging your home for optimal presentation.

Listing Agreement (2-4 months before listing):

  • Sign a listing agreement with me, solidifying our partnership and outlining the terms and conditions.
  • I will explain the marketing plan, pricing strategy, and commission structure in detail.
  • Address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the selling process.

Set the Right Price and Market:
